Buying Senior Bonds

To buy Senior Bonds, follow the steps below:

  • Go to CDO.Finance's Tranche Pools page (https://cdo.finance/tranche-poolsarrow-up-right)

  • Connect to your Web3 wallet (such as MetaMask) and make sure your network is set to Binance Smart Chain. Click herearrow-up-right if you do not have the network in your wallet yet

  • Select the desired Tranche Pool; we currently support four base assets with the Venus Platform - BNB, BUSD, BTCB, and ETH

  • Click "Deposit" (see image below)

  • Select "Senior Tranche" followed by "Next" (see image below); do read the warning message before proceeding

  • Specify the deposit amount and the maturity date (Minimum 1 day, maximum 90 days (to be updated to 365 days)) of the bond you wish to purchase, and your desired Slippage Tolerance/Transaction Deadline (if you require)

  • Click "Confirm" (see image below)

  • After clicking "Confirm", you should get a pop-up notification in your MetaMask to accept the transaction

  • Wait for the transaction to be processed

  • Once the transaction has gone through, your senior bond will appear under "Your Positions" tab

  • You will only be able to redeem your bond after it reaches its maturity
